Crumiller P.C. is hiring! We are looking for an intake coordinator for a full-time position. We are a feminist litigation firm whose primary focus is fighting gender and pregnancy discrimination in the workplace: mostly by representing employers, and by advising small businesses. We also represent NYC tenants in Civil Court and Supreme Court litigation.
We are looking for someone, with sales experience preferred but not required, to guide prospective clients through our intake process if they are a good fit for the firm, and to help them find resources elsewhere if not. This person will also help with entry-level marketing assistance, including helping to maintain our contacts database, daily review of various list-serves for relevant content, and keeping in touch with former clients. If you demonstrate the aptitude and interest, there is room to take on more substantive marketing tasks, including cultivating relationships and creating marketing materials, as well as a role in sales (initial consultations).
The most important thing is that you are nice, and secondly, that you are sharp. My team thinks and moves fast, and we need somebody who can keep up. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are paramount (we go overboard to keep clients in the loop). I am a proud feminist, progressive, working mom, and my passion is what drives me. If you can’t get on board with that, then we probably won’t be a good fit.
